3. Are Mistario products returnable?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed bras and loungewear within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging with tags attached. For hygienic reasons, panties and some intimate items are non-returnable unless there’s a defect.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer one exchange per order shipping price is paid by customer.
