1. Shipping

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original packaging with tags attached

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, panties and undergarments are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Exchanges

If sizing doesn’t work out, we offer one free exchange per order. Contact us at support@mistario.com for assistance.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
